How it started
Ver.iD began in 2021 with a practical question: why do people have to submit documents repeatedly and organisations check them manually? Robert, Sten and Roger combined experience in compliance, technology and new applications to make digital identity verification simpler.

We start with what an organisation wants to issue or verify. Which data is needed, who is the source and which agreements apply? Through our platform and guidance, we turn those choices into digital credentials, wallet integrations and an application you can try out.
The company behind the name
Ver.iD is the trading name of Subst.iD B.V. Our Trust Center brings together available certificates, security information and legal documents.
